Here, you will find information about the happenings in our World History Class.
Students will be required to keep a notebook which will be graded each nine week period. This will be 45% of the nine week grade. The due date for this assignment: 1,2,3 periods is October 3 and for 5,6 periods is October 4. ABSOLUTELY NO LATE NOTEBOOKS WILL BE ACCEPTED! Students should be working on this assignment daily, or weekly. I must have time to grade the notebooks before the grades have to be turned in October 11.

Students have been given a Classroom Information and Rules handout. Please read this handout with your child, then both should sign and date the handout and return it to the teacher by the due dates. Due dates are: periods 1,2,3 August 13 and periods 5 and 6 August 14. This is also the due date for school supplies.

In order to have a fulfilling school year, it is necessary to set classroom guidelines for both the teacher and the students.

Should you have any questions regarding this handout, please do not hesitate to contact me at the telephone numbers listed at the top of the handout.

CHECK BACK OFTEN FOR UPDATES!

Evaluate conflicting sources and materials in the interpretation of a historical event or episode.

Finally, use chronology, sequencing, patterns, and periodization to examine interpretations of an event.
